Payment Policy
1. Pay on Delivery
Pay at your door step after reviewing your order with our delivery associate. You can use these payment options:
- Pay with Cash
- Pay with Mpesa
- Pay direct with your bank account.
If you aren’t satisfied with what you got, you always have the option to hand it back to our delivery associate without paying (Please note that sealed items cannot be unsealed before you pay).
2. Pay with Mpesa
To make payment for your order using Mpesa, use Meraki Electronics Paybill Number 600100 and Account number 0100012267597.
How to pay your Meraki Electronics order via Mpesa:
- Go to your Mpesa Menu
- Select Lipa na Mpesa option
- Select Paybill
- Enter Business number 600100
- Enter Account Number 0100012267597
- Enter the amount for the order
- Click Send
You will receive a confirmation SMS concerning your payment. You will then share it with Meraki Electronics to verify your payment.
3. Pay with your Bank Account
Transfer your order amount into Meraki Electronics Bank account.
Account number: 0100012267597
Bank Name: Stanbic Bank
Once the payment is completed and you have received the bank message, Meraki Electronics will verify your payment.
4. Pay with cash
Payment with physical currency is allowed. All legal tender currency denominations is also allowed.
Below are cash payment currencies accepted at Meraki Electronics:
- Kenya Shillings
- US Dollars
Please note that US Dollars will be exchanged to Kenya shillings at the current rate.
Any counterfeit money will be seized and the holder of it will be reported to the nearest authorities.
