Meraki Electronics (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) is committed to transparent, reliable, and timely delivery of all customer orders. This Shipping & Delivery Policy sets out our procedures for order processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, costs, failed deliveries, and related customer obligations.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all retail sales made through our website (https://merakielectronics.co.ke) and in-store purchases that require delivery. It governs delivery of goods sold by Meraki Electronics to end customers within Kenya.
2. Delivery Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Kenya, either directly or via licensed courier partners.
Same‑day or next‑day delivery may be available within Nairobi and nearby areas, subject to order time and courier availability.
For deliveries outside Nairobi, timelines depend on courier network reach and destination.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Within Nairobi: 1 business day
- Other major towns: 2–4 business days
- Remote / rural areas: 3–7 business days
These delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, security checks, public holidays, or other factors outside our direct control may occur. In such cases, we will assist customers to track and resolve issues.
4. Shipping Costs
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, based on location, weight, and product dimensions.
Within Nairobi: A flat delivery fee (as per current Nairobi rate)
Outside Nairobi: Courier rates as determined by the courier provider
Delivery fees are non‑refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed once full payment is confirmed.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) are typically processed the same day, subject to stock availability and other operational constraints.
Customers receive an order confirmation via email (or other preferred channel) with order details and the expected delivery timeline.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive either tracking details (if available via the courier) or a delivery confirmation call from our team or delivery partner.
You may contact Meraki Electronics for assistance with tracking or delivery updates.
7. Delivery Terms
Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address, contact name, and phone number are accurate and complete.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re‑delivery or arrange for the parcel to be collected at a nearby branch or office.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when delivery is confirmed by our courier or delivery partner.
8. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or inability to reach the customer after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to Meraki Electronics.
Additional charges may apply for re‑delivery.

Delivery Information and Fees; We offer countrywide delivery in Kenya. We use different delivery methods: In person, Riders, Bus Parcels, G4S, Posta and Pickup Mtaani.
We offer Delivery everyday (including holidays), From 8:00am to 7:00pm.
Below are our delivery fees across the country:
(a) Delivery Information and Fees – Nairobi County region:
- Within Nairobi CBD: FREE
- Areas near Nairobi CBD (including: South B and C, Eastleigh, Pangani, Nairobi West, Ngara, Parklands, Upper Hill, Buruburu, Shauri Moyo and Makadara) KSHS 700
- Along Ngong Road (including: Ngumo, Adams Arcade, Maziwa Estate, Junction Mall, Lenana, Dagoretti and Karen) : KSHS 1000
- Kilimani, Kileleshwa Lavington and Kawangware : KSHS 1000
- Westlands and Kangemi : KSHS 1000
- Along Thika Road (including: Ruaraka, Roysambu, Zimmerman, Kasarani, Mwiki and Githurai) : KSHS 1000
- Kahawa West, Kahawa Wendani, Kahawa Sukari, Ruiru and Kimbo : KSHS 1000
- Along Mombasa Road (including: Imara Daima, Mlolongo, Athi River and Kitengela) : KSHS 1300
- Eastlands (including: Donholm, Tassia, Nyayo Estate, Pipeline, Kayole, Embakasi, Njiru, Chokaa e.t.c) : KSHS 1000
- Ruai, Kamulu and Joska : KSHS 1300
(b) Towns near Nairobi City:
- Limuru, Thika, Kiambu Town, Kikuyu e.t.c : KSHS 1500
(c) Counties and Towns across the country:
- Delivery method including G4S, Bus Parcel and Posta will be used according to your preferences. (Cost Rate will be dependant on the weight and delivery location of your item)
