Warranty Policy

At Meraki Electronics, we are committed to ensuring that every customer enjoys complete peace of mind when purchasing from us. All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, guaranteeing quality, performance, and reliability.

Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects and functional faults that may arise under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period varies depending on the product and brand — typically ranging from 12 to 24 months. Products such as smartphones, TVs, cookers, fridges, and washing machines are covered under their respective brand warranties.

If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us or visit the nearest authorized service center for free repair or replacement as guided by the manufacturer’s terms. To process a warranty claim, you must present your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, power surges, or normal wear and tear.

At Meraki Electronics, we value your trust and aim to provide fast, transparent, and professional support for all warranty-related concerns. Our goal is to keep your electronics performing at their best — because your satisfaction is our priority.

Warranty becomes null and void from power surges, electrical or power related issues, user mishandling and damage. The warranty policy is linked to the packaging of the product box. Any claims made MUST be accompanied by the original packaging including all its contents and original receipt.

We strongly advice to safely store the packaging and original receipt until the warranty period expires.
